With over 25 years of experience in the cruise industry, which includes 10 years in Luxury Ocean Travel, GaiI brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for exploring the world’s most captivating destinations, and providing memorable times on board during time at sea. Her journey in the cruise industry has been marked by enthusiasm, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Gail began her career at sea as a Guest Cabaret Singer. Over the next 15 years she had various roles that combined her singing with the administration duties of several onboard entertainment departments.

In 2010 she joined The Yachts of Seabourn, where she quickly became a Cruise Director, organising all of the on board entertainment activities and shows and working closely with the on board Destination Managers, shore excursion teams and visiting speakers. She was then offered a position on The World, the largest privately owned yacht on the planet. Here she curated a six-star quality Enrichment and Destination programme and oversaw expeditions across The Indian Ocean, Namibia, St Helena, Ascension Island, Greenland and South America.

Her last position as an on board Cruise Director was with Viking Ocean Cruises. A very successful World Cruise, increased her knowledge of a multitude of in-land destinations worldwide, honing her ability to curate unique and tailored entertainment & destination experiences, enhancing overall guest satisfaction and elevating their cruise experience.

These years of Ocean Travel have given Gail a profound understanding of global destinations and extensive experience of working with a team of cruise staff and entertainers to create exciting, fun and enriching guest experiences both at sea and ashore
